ARK Capital is a Single-Family Office based out of the Greater Toronto Area in Ontario, Canada.
ARK exists to manage and administer the wealth and legacy of our Principals and their families.
Established in 1997, ARK was founded as a holding company for a number of family-owned industrial services businesses in Canada and the US.
Upon the divesture of its majority positions in these businesses in 2016, ARK found itself uniquely positioned to capitalize related businesses and provide consultation for growth, successions, and exits.
ARK’s investment journey originated with focus on opportunistic, value-add equity placement in industrial services businesses and commercial-industrial real estate.
Since, ARK has expanded its scope and associated ventures – cultivating partnerships, providing growth capital, and building out a diverse portfolio across Public Equity, Private Equity, Real Estate, Venture Capital, Private Debt, Hedge Funds, and other Alternatives.
